GLOBAL NETWORK OF EXPERTS GIVES COMPUTER TROUBLESHOOTERS
A UNIQUE ADVTANTAGE. To many people in the computer service industry
(or those considering joining it) a most worrying aspect is "how
can I get help if one of my clients has a problem/situation I have
not seen before?"
Computer people know only too well that no one individual or even
one company know all the answers because the field of servicing
small business and home offices is too diverse and far reaching.
HOWEVER, Computer Troubleshooters seem to have the solution.
(A) They have a large team of franchisees (over 50) who are all
computer experts in their own field.
(B) Everyone in the Computer Troubleshooters team has open and direct
access to everyone else in the team.
(C) The range of expertise is vast varying from printer repair experts,
hardware troubleshooters, Microsoft software troubleshooters, NT
experts, even through to Mac people.
(D) (and this is really good) These people are spread around the
globe, from the USA to Canada to New Zealand to Australia to Singapore
to England to Scotland. This means that if any Computer Troubleshooters
franchisee has a query, they can email around the group, and while
he/she sleeps, other troubleshooters around the world are awake,
and replying to the question. The next morning, in the Inbox, are
a number of possible solutions, suggested courses of action, or
in many cases "Oh, I have seen that before and here is the
solution
."
