Computer Troubleshooters is the World's Number 1 computer service
franchise network.
Computer
Troubleshooters is an international franchise network. Each
franchise is usually run by a small team of 2-4 people, often from
a home base.
Our network of computer professionals are highly regarded for their
unique and distinct style of on-site computer service. Our area
of expertise is to provide quality on-site computer services, to
small businesses and home offices.
Founders Wilson and Suzanne McOrist began developing the concept
in 1996 in Australia. Their mission is to establish a global network
of over 1000 Computer Troubleshooter franchise owners.
They have expanded the franchise network by using proven marketing
and business strategies. One Regional Director in each state
or region helps coordinate and support other franchisees in that
area. Low cost advertising techniques have been refined over time,
keeping franchisees growing and profitable with a minimum of
overhead.
Local customers of every Computer Troubleshooters franchise benefit
from the best of both worlds:
a) the personal, friendly service you would expect from a
small firm, and
b) with the support, expertise, and additional services you
expect from a large organization.
National and International customers benefit from our extensive
international coverage. All customers benefit from our low cost,
low overhead franchise design, which lets our franchisees provide
a more cost effective than most of our competition, while still
providing superior service.
