Troubleshooters specializes in being the IT department for small businesses.   This means our Troubleshooters routinely see a wide range of service calls - everything from installing a new software program to programming a new router.  We work for many individuals and one-person businesses, and we also work for large organizations like the IRS and Bellsouth.  

But our focus is on 'small businesses', which by our definition means companies with anywhere from 1 to 50 computer systems.  We find that most businesses of this size aren't adequately served by other service providers, and we specialize in technology solutions for this market.
